NO “JOB CREATOR” FOUND WHO OPPOSES SURTAX ON MILLIONIARES?

 Yesterday, Republicans again shot down an extension of a payroll tax break for middle-class families due to their objection to a 1.9 percent tax increase on the top 0.2 percent of income earners. Naturally, Republicans are recycling their spurious claim that taxing America’s millionaires will somehow hit small businesses and stifle job creation.

“It’s just intuitive that, you know, if you’re somebody who’s in business and you get hit with a tax increase, it’s going to be that much harder, I think, to make investments that are going to lead to job creation,” said Sen. John Thune (R-SD). Hoping for more than Thune’s intuition, NPR put out a request to Republican offices and the business groups that have been lobbying against the surtax to find business owners who’d be affected. Unsurprisingly, Republican leadership and the business groups came up empty: We wanted to talk to business owners who would be affected. So, NPR requested help from numerous Republican congressional offices, including House and Senate leadership. They were unable to produce a single millionaire job creator for us to interview. So we went to the business groups that have been lobbying against the surtax. Again, three days after putting in a request, none of them was able to find someone for us to talk to. A group called the Tax Relief Coalition said the problem was finding someone willing to talk about their personal taxes on national radio.

WANT LESS STRESS AND MORE TIME?

  • An early advocate of “ABC” prioritization was Alan Lakein. In his system “A” items were the most important (“A-1″ the most important within that group), “B” next most important, “C” least important.[10]
  • A particular method of applying the ABC method[11] assigns “A” to tasks to be done within a day, “B” a week, and “C” a month.
  • To prioritize a daily task list, one either records the tasks in the order of highest priority, or assigns them a number after they are listed (“1″ for highest priority, “2″ for second highest priority, etc.) which indicates in which order to execute the tasks. The latter method is generally faster, allowing the tasks to be recorded more quickly.[8]
  • Another way of prioritizing compulsory tasks (group A) is to put the most unpleasant one first. When it’s done, the rest of the list feels easier. Groups B and C can benefit from the same idea, but instead of doing the first task (which is the most unpleasant) right away, it gives motivation to do other tasks
  • from the list to avoid the first one.[12]
 
Alan Lakein is a well-known author on personal time management, including How to Get Control of Your Time and Your Life which has sold over 3 million copies.
Lakein is credited for several quotes, including “Time = Life, Therefore, waste your time and waste your life, or master your time and master your life.” He is credited as the creator of Lakein’s question: “What is the best use of my time right now?”. He has also made management films and training films.
Former U.S. President Bill Clinton started his new autobiography, “My Life“, with a reference to the book:
“When I was a young man just out of law school and eager to get on with my life, on a whim I briefly put aside my reading preference for fiction and history and bought one of those how-to books: How to Get Control of Your Time and Your Life, by Alan Lakein. The book’s main point was the necessity of listing short-, medium-, and long-term life goals, then categorizing them in order of their importance, with the A group being the most important, the B group next, and the C the last, then listing under each goal specific activities designed to achieve them. I still have that paperback book, now almost thirty years old. And I’m sure I have that old list somewhere buried in my papers, though I can’t find it. However, I do remember the A list. I wanted to be a good man, have a good marriage and children, have good friends, make a successful political life, and write a great book.”[1]
Lakein currently resides in Santa Cruz, California. Lakein graduated from Johns Hopkins University and Harvard Business School.

What Does Insider Trading Mean?
The buying or selling of a security by someone who has access to material, nonpublic information about the security.
 
Illegal insider trading therefore includes tipping others when you have any sort of nonpublic information. Directors are not the only ones who have the potential to be convicted of insider trading. People such as brokers and even family members can be guilty.

ACT OF GOD? means

SOMETHING THAT HAPPENS OUTSIDE OF HUMAN CONTROL

The phrase is used religiously and legally.  The Bible and other ancient texts cite the Acts of God.  Legally, there are lawsuits against God.  When a cow breaks through a fence, goes out to a road and is hit by a car, it is legally called an Act of God.   One can’t sue the ownerof the cow for damages, unless the driver of the car can prove that it wasn’ t an act of God, but the act of the cow owner that caused the accident.  Example: if the car owner can prove the cow owner did not use proper care of maintenance the fence, the cow owner will have to pay damages to the car; unless the cow owner can prove the car owner was reckless in his driving.   Sense we believe that everyone that is agrieved should have their day in court to find justice, many times it  takes a long period(see #1).

ARE HURRICANES, ETC., CONSIDERED ACTS OF GOD?

The two essential ingredients in every hurricane are warm water and moist warm air. That’s why hurricanes begin in the tropics. Most Atlantic hurricanes start to take shape when thunderstorms along the west coast of Africa drift out over warm ocean waters that are at least 80 degrees Fahrenheit (27 degrees Celsius), where they encounter converging winds from around the equator.
Hurricanes start when warm, moist air from the ocean surface begins to rise rapidly, where it encounters cooler air that causes the warm water vapor to condense and to form storm clouds and drops of rain. The condensation also releases latent heat, which warms the cool air above, causing it to rise and make way for more warm humid air from the ocean below.   This continuing heat exchange creates a wind pattern that spirals around a relatively calm center, or eye, like water swirling down a drain.

Some scientists believe that the increase in global warming is a result of  pollution caused by humans, corporations and countries through out the world that generates more hurricanes. etc.  Others believe its just natural causes of the survival of a vibrant earth.

It’s interesting: the more we find out through science  the causes and effects of humans, the earth and the entire universe, the less we BLAME GOD.

WARNING: A HISTORY OF THE WHITE RACE….

There are at least three kinds of people in the world:
  
1) those who absolutely believe what they read and hear, no matter what any body else says,
2) those who believe that parts of it could be true or false and will check the facts; and  
3) those who absolutely believe it is false, no matter what any body else says.
 
#2 IS AN OPEN MINDED PERSON.  I  hope you are in that group.  Reviews will definitely help you understand.

It’s not enough for our texts books to be chalked full of omissions and lies, we have to endure outlandish racism in our amazon books aswell. “The ruins of Detriot” really? Chapter 43 : In the Name of God – The Christian Wars

In the New Testament, Jesus Christ is quoted as saying that he had come to bring the sword, to “set father against son and mother against daughter” (Luke 12:53) and called on his followers to “But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me” (Luke 19:27).

 These words have, in the history of Christianity, been enacted in bloody reality many times – starting when an important political rebellion against the Roman Catholic Church took on a religious slant – leading to the split in European Christendom between Catholic and Protestant. This split sparked off a series of religious wars which were ultimately to be responsible for the death of nearly a third of the entire White race.

 The Reformation is the name given to this 16th century religious uprising. Its major outpouring happened in the middle of the Renaissance, there can be little doubt that the two events were linked: added to this was a political problem which the countries in Northern Europe had with the all powerful role the pope had assumed from Rome.

Emerging European nationalism objected to the fact that the pope – usually an Italian – had to approve the appointment of any head of state everywhere else in Europe. The pope’s ability to even charge tax from foreign countries to support the Church headquarters in Rome also irked those living thousands of miles from Rome. It has been estimated that the Church ended up owning as much as one third of all the land in Europe in this manner: what the various national states must have secretly thought of this does not need to be imagined.

THE GREATEST CITIZENS BEING MISLED?

You are so right.  When the gov. allowed anyone to say anything on all media published to the public without the right of those who disagree to respond we lost our freedom of speech.
 
When one person or organization has spent a lot or money to get their point accross FREEDOM OF SPEECH DEMANDS THAT AN OPPOSING INDIVIDUAL CAN RESPOND ON THE SAME MEDIAN WITHOUT COST.
 
ALL CITIZENS WITHOUT THIS FREEDOM WILL BE CONTROLLED AND PUNISHED BY THOSE THAT DO.
 
THERE ARE MANY EXAMPLES; I CITE ONLY ONE: IRAN.
 
EVERY PROBLEM WE HAVE IN AMERICA HAS COME FROM ALLOWING THE RICH AND POWERFUL TO LIMIT THE FREEDOM OF THOSE WHO DISAGREE AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO RESPOND IN THE SAME MEDIAM WITHOUT COST.
 
WE HAVE TO GET BACK TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, BARTERING AND SUPPORTING THOSE WE KNOW THAT WE CAN TRUST TO PROVIDE A SAFE PRODUCT FOR US TO CONSUME.
 
ONCE GREED TOOK OVER WITH THE IDEA THAT WE COULD LET THE POOR IN OTHER COUNTRIES CREATE THE PRODUCTS WE WANTED AND SELL THEM BACK TO US AT A CHEAPER PRICE (with a disregard of inspection of these products as to our safety) WE BEGAN TO DESTROY OUR LOCAL NEIGHBORS AND THEIR TRADE BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT COMPETE.
 
EVEN MORE DRASTIC, WE ALLOWED OUR CORPORATIONS TO MOVE JOBS OVERSEAS WITH NO TAX OBLIGATIONS AND ALLOWED OUR OWN, GOOD, PRODUCTIVE CITIZENS (with high regulation on producing safe products) to become unemployed.
 
DO YOU REMEMBER THE LYING LINE FROM OUR GOVERNMENT AND CORPORATE LEADERS?: “WE ARE BECOMING AN INFORMATIONAL SYSTEM OF WHICH THE WORLD WILL DEPEND ON US.”
 
FOR EVERY STEP WE MOVE FROM PRODUCING OUR OWN PRODUCTS WE ALLOW SNAKE OIL EXECUTIVES TO MAKE MORE MONEY BY CONTROLLING OUR MEDIA AND BUYING OFF OUR POLITICIANS TO MAKE MORE LAWS FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO MAKE MORE MONEY OFF OF HONEST WORKERS AND THEIR ASSETS, HEALTH CARE, INVESTMENTS, ETC.
